Takes a 120 ml fragrance oil bottle that screws directly into the device. 1-year Pip & Wells warranty; statutory rights unaffected. Price: €99.
- **Fragrance oils, 120 ml** (€36.95–€42.95). Pure oil for cold-air diffusers; one bottle lasts about 2–4 months depending on room size and intensity. Also fits standard cold-air diffusers with a 100–200 ml bottle fitting.

## Frequently asked questions
- **Does the diffuser need water?** No. It nebulizes pure fragrance oil into a dry, microscopic mist.
- **How long does a 120 ml bottle last?** About 2–4 months (small room 3–4 months, living room 2–3 months, large space ±2 months) depending on intensity and hours per day.
- **Which oil should I start with?** The One for living rooms and hallways; Day Dream for bedrooms; Ocean Breeze for kitchens and bathrooms.
- **Which oils can I use in the Pure One aroma diffuser?** Use Pip & Wells fragrance oils: they are composed for cold-air diffusion. Other oils can clog the diffuser and void the warranty.
- **How do I change scents?** Screw a new 120 ml bottle straight into the diffuser; no pouring, so scents never mix.
- **What is the return period?** 14 days from delivery.
- **Warranty?** 1 year on the diffuser.
